My appreciation for the art of photography came to me a little late in life. While I always had a creative side, I never really spent my time focussing on its potential until recently. Now a sudden urgency has arisen as I fear I am simply running out of time to reach that potential.

I have been Diabetic for more than 25 years. Its damaging effects are beginning to take hold and I know my eyes will fail me sooner than I am ready.

With these images I am attempting to capture my vision in the hope of sharing the world as I saw it... even after my sight is lost.
